    Have been going to the Viking since the 50’s. Always good food at reasonable prices. Today My Eric 2 and shake were very good. However, there was no cheese on the tuna sandwich ( there always has been), no fry sauce for the tater tots and no napkins. I waited in line for over 5 minutes and no one took my order until I reached the window. I probably will not return.

    I've been here many times and enjoyed the friendly folks and good quality burgers, fries and shakes. Never disappointed and will keep going as long as I am able. Thanks for the local Boise experience!

    Been wanting to try this quaint little diner for some time now and I'm here to testify it was worth the wait! Wife ordered finger steaks and I treated myself to the Henderson burger. Absolutely incredible! Food was perfect temperature and fresh made to order with each delicious mouthful. Will definitely be returning! Thanks guys n gals! 😍

    Local. State & Veterans. Family. Malt shakes. Delicious burgers sandwiches and fries... One of the best long time drive-ins in Idaho. A Boise tradition. I've been enjoying the Viking for 17+ years.

    Typical burger joint fare. Viking Drive Inn has been at this location for many many years. My wife and granddaughter love the hot dogs (without the cheese). The Eric burger is good as is the lettuce and tomato burger. Fries rival those of McDonalds. Tater tots are wonderful. The construction and realignment of the state street/Veterans Parkway intersection took about 10 feet of their property, eliminating one of their drive through windows. Service was quick and friendly. Food was hot. Glad the girls talked me in to stopping post ballet practice!
